Party Objectives:
The objectives of the Party shall be to have an Indian nation :-
dedicated to political liberty and the freedom and dignity of man; safe from external aggression and living in the closest communion with fellow members of the world, playing its part in a world security order which maintains the necessary force to defend peace; in which national defense is a matter of universal duty, and in which the spirit of patriotism is fostered and all Indians are united in the common service of their country; in which an intelligent, free and liberal Indian democracy shall be maintained by:-
a Parliament controlling the Executive and the Law controlling all; independence of the Judiciary; freedom of speech, religion and association; freedom of citizens to choose their own way of living and of life, subject to the rights of others; protecting the people against exploitation; looking primarily to the encouragement of individual initiative and enterprise as the dynamic force of progress; developing to the fullest extent a national spirit in India; in which men and women who have been members of the fighting services and their dependents shall enjoy honor and security and where preference and generous repatriation benefits are recognized; in which primary, secondary and tertiary industries are promoted, new and adequate markets developed, the lot of country people improved, rural amenities increased, and decentralization of industries encouraged; in which there shall be no nationalization / privatization of any Indian industry without the approval of the people; in which constant employment at good wages is available to all willing and able to work; in which employer and employee have a sense of common interest and duty, and share as co-operators in all advances of prosperity, and in which living standards rise steadily as physical resources expand and ingenuity grows; in which social provision is made for the aged, the invalid, the widowed, the sick, the unemployed and their children; in which adequate medical services are within the reach of all; in which a comprehensive system of child and adult education is designed to develop the spirit of true citizenship, and in which no consideration of wealth or privilege shall be a determining factor; in which the youth of the nation is given every encouragement to develop its talent to the full recognizing that from its ranks will come the leaders of tomorrow;
in which family life is seen as fundamental to the well-being of society, and in which every family is enabled to live in and preferably to own a comfortable home at reasonable cost, and with adequate community amenities; in which a clean and modern India is made which is free of corruption and without any evils which currently plague it.

To establish fraternal contact with other regional political parties of the country and with those groups and organizations which believe in the federal base of Indian Polity.
Aims of the Party
- To encourage the under privileged people such as the Schedule caste & Tribes (Dalits & Harijans), the Minorities, the poor and the other
Backward classes who are neck deep in the social disparity and make them partners in the progress of the society. - To give due respect to the women who are deprived of the social, economic and political justice, in spite of being one-half of the society, and to give proper place with progressive outlook.
- To make the minorities as the partners in the mainstreams of the country by providing them the protection, safety and by treating them as the brethren of our society.
- To create opportunities for the grief-stricken Farmers; who with lot of hardships produce for the Society, but are deprived of the speed in the progress race, so that they can determine price for their produce and become self-sufficient.
- To improve the financial position of the Handy-Crafts Professionals such as the Hand-loom weavers, the Pottery makers, the Blacksmiths, the Carpenters, the gold, silversmiths, the Fishermen, the Washer-men, and the host of professionals, who are pushed to the poverty due to the
policies of imperialistic capitalism, by modernizing their tools and making the necessary resources available to them. - To devise an industrial policy – that makes the workers as the partners in the management of the industry, which increases the production efficiency, and that reduces the recession in the industrial sector so that everybody progresses.
- To introduce new education policy including Modern, Scientific, vocational concepts which eradicates the illiteracy, and helps in creating self-employment.
- To decentralize democracy so that the people can participate in the administration.
- To struggle for the redefinition of the union-state relations in the guidelines of cooperative federalism, so that the state need not be at the mercy of the union for its progress and the welfare of its people.
- To struggle for giving the actual meaning for the democracy by way of enabling the people to discuss their needs amid the people, and enabling them to prepare a plan, and enabling them to implement the plan with their partnership.
- To acquire and use the abundant natural resources, and manpower available and use them completely for the total and the all round Development of the State / states.
- To work for the eradication of the poverty and increasing the efficiency of the system by implementing the welfare and the development programs with a view to make the minimum requirements of life such as food, clothing, housing, water, education and health-care available to the grief-stricken people who are living in poverty, and who cannot make their means unless they work everyday is the immediate duty of the democratic governments.
- To give priority to sound economic fundamentals, including responsible fiscal management, low inflation, low interest rates, rising employment levels, low net debt and high real business investment;
- To support the role of small business as the engine room of job generation;
- To encourage workplace reform through promoting the shared interests of employers and employees in building efficient, cohesive, profitable and competitive enterprises and through breaking down centralized controls that have held back productivity and sustainable real wage growth;
- To ensure that all have the choice to belong, or not, to unions and professional associations;
- To encourage competitive markets by restricting monopoly and prohibiting unfair trading practices;
- To build a taxation system which enhances fairness and incentives, to work and save, provides sound finance for government services, boosts business investment and exports, promotes simplicity and consistency and is internationally competitive; minimize the regulatory burden on
business, consistent with protecting consumers, the environment and the safety of employees; - To pursue an industry policy which maximize India’s global competitive advantage;
- To move toward free trade at a pace which recognizes the rate of change in a global context;
- To facilitate a world-class communications and transport infrastructure;
- To boost innovation and technological development;
- To give all Indians the opportunity to invest in, or to create their own, business;
- To make India an attractive destination for global investment; and corporatize and privatize government business enterprises
- To provide better and cheaper services for taxpayers’ money.
